By accessing or using this Website (whether as a guest or registered user or purchaser) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference, including our Shipping & Delivery Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, Cookie Policy, and Grievance Redressal Policy, (“Policies”) as updated from time to time. If you do not agree to these Terms and Policies, please do not access or use the Website or place any orders.

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms, which shall be deemed to create a legal contract between the Company and you. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from accessing or using the Website.

By using this Website, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to cancel orders or restrict access to the Website where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

All SIX6R products are manufactured, packaged, labeled, and distributed under valid licences and regulatory approvals, including a current FSSAI licence no: 11525997001246

Product images, flavour descriptions, and visual presentation are representative. Minor variation between batches in colour, taste, or carbonation packaging, or other batch characteristics is inherent to the nature of the product and does not constitute a defect.

We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, replace, or withdraw any product, flavour, packaging, label, formulation (to the extent permitted by applicable law), promotional offer, or product specification at any time without prior notice. Any such change shall not affect orders that have already been confirmed, except where required by law or due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

SIX6R products are food and beverage items for general consumption. Nothing on this Website constitutes a health claim, medical advice, or recommendation to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease or metabolic disorder,. Products sold on this Website are non-alcoholic, carbonated beverage refreshers intended for hydration and culinary mixing. Statements regarding natural botanical extracts, minerals, or electrolytes represent qualitative product features and do not constitute therapeutic or medical claims.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any product information or guidance provided on this Website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a guarantee of suitability for any particular dietary requirement or intended use. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of all applicable taxes at the rates prevailing at the time of purchase.

Prices reflect the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) declared under the Legal Metrology Act 2009.

We reserve the right to revise pricing at any time without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of your order confirmation is the binding price for that transaction.

While we endeavour to ensure that all prices displayed on the Website are accurate, inadvertent errors may occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a typographical error, technical issue, or other mistake, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse the affected order (whether or not payment has been received). If payment has already been processed for such an order, the amount paid shall be refunded in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Any discounts, promotional offers, coupon codes, or special pricing are subject to the specific terms applicable to such promotion and may be modified, withdrawn, or discontinued at any time unless already applied to a confirmed order.

Delivery charges, convenience fees, or any other applicable charges (if any) shall be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.

The Company reserves the right to cancel, refuse, or hold any order where payment is unsuccessful, unauthorised, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent or improper.

Placing an order on the Website constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products in accordance with these Terms.

All products are subject to availability. We do not guarantee that any particular product, flavour, package size, or promotional item will always be available. We may limit quantities purchased per order or per customer at our discretion.

An order is considered confirmed only upon successful payment and issuance of an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp or any other communication channel notified by the Company.

This Website is intended for personal, consumer purchases. It is not a channel for trade, bulk, or B2B orders. We reserve the right to reject, limit, or cancel orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, distributors, or any person purchasing products for commercial resale, or where multiple orders are placed using the same customer account, payment method, or delivery address in a manner that reasonably indicates misuse.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of stock unavailability, payment failure, pricing error, listing error, address or serviceability issues, suspected misuse or suspected fraudulent activity. A full refund will be issued in all such cases in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders are subject to serviceability at your delivery pin code, which is verified at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided while placing an order, including your name, contact details, billing information, and delivery address, is complete, accurate, and up to date. We shall not be liable for any delay, failed delivery, or additional costs arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

Once an order has been confirmed, it may not be modified or cancelled except as permitted under our Refund & Cancellation Policy or at the Company's sole discretion.

If you cancel an order after confirming purchase, we will not impose cancellation charges unless similar charges are also borne by the Company if the Company cancels the purchase order unilaterally for any reason.

We may, at our discretion, require additional verification of your identity, payment method, or order details before processing or dispatching an order. Failure to provide the requested information within a reasonable time, in any event within 24 (twenty four) hours may result in cancellation of the order.

We accept payment via methods made available at checkout, which may include UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets.

Cash on Delivery (if available) may only be offered for selected locations, products, or order values, and may be withdrawn or restricted by the Company at any time without prior notice.

Payment is processed by our authorised payment service provider. We do not store, access, or handle your card or bank account details. We are not responsible for any delay, interruption, failure, or security incident attributable to such third-party payment service providers, except to the extent required under applicable law.

If a payment is declined, reversed, fails to process, or is subsequently cancelled by the issuing bank or payment service provider, the corresponding order may be cancelled or placed on hold until successful payment is received.

In the event that an amount is debited from your account but the order is not confirmed due to a technical issue or payment failure, the amount shall be refunded or reversed by the relevant payment service provider or banking institution in accordance with its applicable policies and timelines.

Delivery is carried out through our own delivery operations or authorised third-party logistics and courier partners. Delivery timelines, serviceability, and conditions are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

All contents on this Website — including but not limited to all the SIX6R brand name, logo, product names, trademarks, service marks, trade names, product descriptions, product names, slogans, trade dress, domain names, product descriptions, text, graphics, photographs, images, design, videos, audio, illustrations, artwork, packaging designs, labels, layouts, Website design, user interface, software, source code (to the extent accessible), databases, compilations, and all other content and materials made available on or through the Website (“Content”)— is the intellectual property of SDPL or its licensors and are owned by or license to SDPL and are protected under applicable intellectual property and other applicable laws. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent from SDPL is strictly prohibited. No right, title, or interest in or to the Website or the Content is transferred or licensed to you by virtue of your access to or use of the Website.

events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, floods, earthquakes, fires, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, labour disputes, war, transportation disruptions, natural disasters, civil disruptions, government actions, utility failures, or other force majeure events; your failure to provide accurate account, payment, or delivery information, or your failure to comply with these Terms or any product instructions

indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind including special or exemplary damages improper storage, handling, misuse, excessive consumption, or use of any product contrary to the instructions provided on the product packaging

any unauthorised access to or use of your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
